COELESTIUM WATCHES INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

The following Coelestium Watches limited warranty (“Coelestium Warranty”) applies to original Coelestium Watches timepiece’s purchased in the original labelled packaging and sold or presented for warranty service in any country (the “Coelestium Timepiece”).

1. WHAT THE COELESTIUM WARRANTY COVERS AND DURING WHAT PERIOD

Under this Coelestium Warranty, Coelestium Watches guarantees its Coelestium Timepiece against defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The Coelestium Warranty is only applicable to watches purchased from the official Coelestium Watches webpage or an authorized reseller. Coelestium Watches will provide for repair or replacement of your Coelestium Timepiece or part free of charge according to the Coelestium Warranty terms. Please note that the rights conferred by the Coelestium Warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies provided by consumer laws and regulations in your applicable jurisdiction. As such, the Coelestium Warranty and its benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by the applicable consumer law.

2. LIMITATIONS TO THE COELESTIUM WARRANTY (WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER)

The Coelestium Warranty does not cover:
(a) non-Coelestium Timepieces,
(b) batteries, straps, link bracelets or glass,
(c) routine maintenance and cleaning,
(d) damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by an accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your Coelestium Timepiece, lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any other factor than a defect in the Coelestium Timepiece’s manufacturing or material(s),
(e) water penetration caused by use in conflict with the Coelestium Timepiece’s ATM (Atmospheres) mark,
(f) damage resulting from repair, service, or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Coelestium Watches retailer or service provider. Further, the Coelestium Warranty shall become void if the engraving on the watch’s case is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.

3. WHAT WE WILL DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM UNDER THE COELESTIUM WARRANTY

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim falls under this Coelestium Warranty, Coelestium Watches will, at its discretion: (a) repair the Coelestium Timepiece using new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability; or (b) replace the Coelestium Timepiece with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. You will not be charged for the repair or replacement under this Coelestium Warranty if your warranty claim within the scope of this Coelestium Warranty. Furthermore, while you are responsible for the costs of return shipping and handling, Coelestium Watches will be responsible for the costs of shipping your repaired or replaced timepiece back to you for the Coelestium Warranty. If the Coelestium Warranty is not applicable, void or rejected, Coelestium Watches will notify you accordingly and you may decide whether to proceed with the repair or replacement, or if you wish to have your watch returned. If you decide to proceed, you will be charged for part or all of any repair or replacement, including costs of return shipping and handling.

4. HOW TO OBTAIN OUR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE

To obtain repair or replacement of your Coelestium Timepiece under this Coelestium Warranty, please contact your Coelestium Watches customer support by using the following address: www.CoelestiumWatches.com/contact. They will be able to provide information regarding our warranty service under this Coelestium Warranty. Furthermore, in order to obtain repair or replacement under this Coelestium Warranty, the returned Coelestium Timepiece must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. If and when sending your Coelestium Timepiece for repair or replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping.

​When contacting customer support, please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except as provided in this Coelestium Warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Coelestium Watches is not responsible for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill. Subject to the applicable laws and regulations, the maximum liability of Coelestium Watches for breaching any written or implied warranty with respect to the Coelestium Timepiece shall not exceed the retail purchase value of the Coelestium Timepiece.
